Grooming Masters

Grooming

Groomer operators make snowmobiling enjoyable. Without them riding would be a nightmare. All Coldbrook operators are volunteers and spend countless hours not only operating but also repairing the groomers. So take the time and remember who they are, they are the reason for your great ride! Coldbrook would like to personally thank all of it’s operators for all of their work volunteered to the club. Thank You All !

Meet Our Groomer Operators

Ben King and his wife Rebecca
Ben grooms all of Lake Dennison with our Pisten Bully and is one of the highest standing operators/members within Coldbrook. He has been grooming for many years and has been instrumental in the relations with DCR and Army Corps of engineers. Ben and His dad (now passed away) are the reason the Otter River bridge was able to be built and installed. Ben and Becky have also participated in every aspect of Coldbrooks endeavors. Ben wrote our trail plan that has enabled us to do all we have done within Lake Dennison and the Ware River Rail Trail. (ITS 71) Becky has run and organized many dinners and events for us. To list what they have done for us would take too much space. Thanks are not gratitude enough for all he/they have done for all of us !!!!! Since this picture was taken the Kings have added a new member to the family. TJ is now up and walking and ready for his first ride this winter. I am sure he will spend some time in a groomer this season with his dad.

Adam Montouri

Adam was elected club recording secretary this year.  He is also the club’s newest operator.  After a number of years learning the ropes with Ben and Curt, this year he will be taking over the grooming duties of the ASV.  He will be responsible for grooming ITS 71 from Lake Dennison south through the back bay area of Baldwinville, as well as the Wetmore trail in the Lake Dennsion area.
